"We want to tell you about a very pleasant experience with Patriot Roofing and their representative, Steve Collier. Our 27 year old roof needed replacement and water damage caused by a water leak repaired. We contacted several reportable contractors, including Patriot for quotes. After meeting with each contractor, it was an easy and clear choice for us to select Patriot. Patriot filed the damage claim with our insurance company and Steve was present for each home inspection. He then reviewed all claim settlement documents to ensure we received maximum reimbursement for damage covered under our policy. Three significant omissions were noted. Again Steve, acting on our behalf, contacted the claim adjuster and arranged for additional settlement payments. Our involvement with our insurance company was extremely minimal. Roof installation was started as scheduled and completed quickly. The roof turned out great and the Patriot team left our yard free of construction debris. Great customer service!
