"Usually a good place. Stopped by, but the majority of the employees were having a meeting in the middle of the store talking about pushing credit cards and how to keep up their end caps. I had to interrupt their meeting to get help. Personally, I don't think the customers should have to hear their tactics with how they deal with customers. It was about 5:30 in the afternoon"

"Like most stores now, it's often difficult to find an employee in whatever department you happen to find yourself. However, when you do, they're friendly and helpful. The cashier's are also friendly and helpful. They're comparable to Home Depot and have certain items at a lower price, but others higher. Overall a good shopping experience."

"They had an amazing deal on a giant tool box but I am still too poor to be able to afford it. It was tempting for me to add it to my credit card strap it on top of my camry and risk it making it home with me. But in the end I decided my girlfriend would be happier if I just bought the new toilet I was sent there to originally get. They have a wide arrange of toilets for sale with easy enough installation. The only reason I can't give them the full 5 stars is because everything I go there to buy something I then have to spend an hour or two more of my own time installing something myself."

"As a company owner, customer service is our top priority as it flows into the quality of work we provide. Today I shopped here and I received the exact opposite of that. I tried to search for our company discount and the lady working self checkout on Wednesday 12/6/23 gave me a rough attitude as I was clueless on what I was doing then proceeded to attempt to trick me into opening a credit card. I then paid full price for my products and as I walked out I looked at her with a smile on my face and told her to “have a good day.” She didn’t even acknowledge me and turned the other way when I was the only person at checkout at the time. Honestly was really disappointing to me to receive that kind of customer service. We spend roughly over $100k a year at Home Depot and I will keep my services there. Moral of the story, your employees do not know who they are talking to. I’m not important by any means but y’all lost an opportunity for us to transfer our business to yours. Below is the attached Home Depot receipt from 12/5/23 for proof of our spending. Have a great day."

"I went a few weeks ago and bought some outdoor chairs. The price rang up wrong and the person at the self checkout was very rude. She asked if I got the right ones because that’s the price and I said yes, I have a picture of the stack of chairs and the price directly in front of it. Went back today and had two items ring up higher than the advertised price. One was command strips with a very clearly advertised price. This place needs investigated because it seems very intentional what they are doing. Do not shop here!"
