"Nothing super special but I just wanted to comment that all the workers I walked by, I have them my midwestern customary eye contact, smile, nod, and say hello. I got warm pleasantries reciprocated.. I recently moved to North Carolina and noticed not as friendly of people but unable to pinpoint it. It’s definitely, at least partially, due to this. Or lack of it. It feels welcoming and comfortable and I got that tonight from this Home Depot and the 7 or so employees I encountered. Nothing groundbreaking lol. It’s a Home Depot. Spend about 5% of my yearly income here trying to start insane projects I’m way way unqualified for m. I love it"

"Rented a ladder for 24 hours. No one told us that u closed early on Christmas eve. Wasn't opened when returnable and the following day was closed. Tool rental guy told my wife well you had the ladder 3 days. Over charged her. If you close early thats on you. If you don't open that's on you not the customer. If you would like a better review management can contact me regarding the fraudulent charges."

"I was returning an item and was using an electric cart to ride around the store (injured), and the clerks at the help desk were kind and very helpful. The manager was great helping everyone, and the clerks were all professional, very kind, and helpful! They wanted to help me to my car to ensure I was ok... very friendly, and helpful employees! Love this home depot store!"

"Having trouble finding people their that are knowledgeable, they used to hire craftsman for each department. Now I'm not sure what's going on there . About a month ago , I was looking for a certain plumbing part I needed , ask the person in the dept, he argued with me for 10 mins that the part didn't exist, well I've been a plumber for 35 years , it did exist, and after 25 mins of searching, I found it . So they may want to go back to hiring actual craftsman from the trades , for respective departments."

"ONCE AGAIN, had to leave the store without purchasing because of idiots bringing their dogs into the store. This time a German shepherd barking like crazy in the Christmas decorations. I have my two small children with me and shouldn’t have to worry about this while shopping. Quite a few employees came out into the aisle just staring at these people, but not one word was said to them, so we left. And no, it wasn’t a service dog. No service dog acts like that and it also wasn’t wearing a vest. Leave your dogs at home people!"
