"About fifteen years ago, we needed an expert stucco repair person to help us with our 2 and 1/2 story stucco house, built in 1924. At some point in the last 26 years, former owners left the house after bankruptcy and left the water on, and gas and electric. We soon had problems with large areas of plaster crumbling from the house, down to the wood lathe. I called Ken Hall, and he came over to perform an estimate. He explained what was going on, and why, and carefully explained the repair procedure. That was the first of about seven visits to finally get the house back to a solid and good looking state. Ken's prices are very reasonable, he apprenticed with is father and has numerous years of experience. He also worked on the Memorial Hall Restoration and other significant historical buildings, for both plaster and stucco. Ken is a very engaging person, with a remarkable intelligence and kind demeanor. If we are in need of future work, we will chose Ken, hands down! William Scott Wallace and Nancy Wallace"
