"I can’t recall having been over-promised and under-delivered as much as I have by Peak Pro. Everything started great. We identified what had been damaged in the storm. Insurance provided the report for what they would provide. The roof was fixed. But Peak Pro had said they would get a contractor to fix the damaged down spout, gutter, and fence. It has been over 2 months since insurance provided the report and hardly any word. No updates. I should have just asked for the money and gotten someone new. But I was moving soon and I thought surely they could finish what they said they would do. I contacted my rep even this past Tuesday. No word the rest of the week. No updates. I’m in the dark, moving soon, and I’ll have to deal with this from hundreds of miles away somehow now because it couldn’t be done in 2 months. They said it would take 3 weeks."
