"Update: I was contacted via email and the warranty items were sent. I purchased two navac vale core tools. In less than a year both started leaking. I couldn't pull a vacuum through either one. I contacted trutech. They said they would warranty both products. Great! I waited several weeks and never got anything. I contacted them again and they apologized and said they would warranty the products again. Still I have received nothing. They have wasted a lot of my time."

"deceptive shipping practices. DO NOT ORDER from them unless you are ok paying the ridiculous “route” extra charge. If you don’t, you are on your own and out the $$$. FedEx states only the shipper can file a claim. I was offered a replacement for 50% off so we “both could take the hit”. I’ll pay full price elsewhere. Ownership should learn a thing or two about customer service. Just emptied my cart, was close to $4K worth of tools. EDIT: I can confirm I received a replacement for the lost package at no charge. I received an email from Greg letting me know it was being shipped and a follow up call from Bill letting me know they have revised the shipping issue. I will place another order and give them another shot."

"Jim, Joe, Jimmy and the whole crew are phenomenal. Had the pleasure of taking in some measure quick training from the masters this past week. These guys are going to change the industry. Also bought a few tools while there and the young lady upfront went above and beyond. She had one item shipped because she knew the airline wouldn't have allowed it. I bought it Friday evening and it was on my porch Monday afternoon. Nothing but pros here, with real time solutions in this ever changing field."

"Great company to work with. Would've given it a better rating if they change their couriers (specifically speaking about FedEx) using FedEx makes your packages late, and makes customers frustrated with the ordering process. Wish we had alternative options especially since shipping was over $80"
