"They must buy 2nd on treated lumber as prime. Ripples and groves and bowed. Update, I was told today from a man working today that is all they sell is 2nd wood . I bought 2 10 ft boards today, he brought me out a board that was twisted to hell and bowed. I asked for another one, he told me I should have picked them out and took them to cashier my self. Nice customer service, and when I got there he had post not the boards I pd for ,and blames the cashier for calling back wrong one, which was not true I heard her ."
"Pricing is outrageous. ALWAYS price shop before going in there. It might just benefit you to drive to Lowe's. Then when you do price comparison, they take FOREVER and make you late getting back to work from lunch because they don't want to help you. I didn't end up getting it anyways. I didn't have time to pay for it and load it. Another visit, I stood there and stared at doors, and no one asked if I needed help, after an employee (and a half. The other one was helping someone else with a door) walked by. I just took pictures and I'll look for the doors somewhere else. Door hinges... You can buy a 3 pack at Lowe's for the price of a single here. JUST ALWAYS PRICE CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS PLACE."
"Go out of my way to go to this store especially when there's a Lowe's closer to me. Staff is exceptional always trying to help you and their prices are better than box stores. Am remodeling a whole house and have purchased almost everything from this store. Keep up the good work."
"Nice to have a place like this close by. They had a very nice grand opening and gave the first few 100 people 50.00 gift cards . Def a very cool place . The tool selection bother power and hand is a little lacking . But they have alot of materials and stuff that other places near by dont . The prices arnt too bad on most stuff , a few things were slightly over priced . But overall its a nice well needed place for around here"
