"REVISED REVIEW: We recently had to deal with roof damage due to hail storms in Cincinnati. We had previously engaged a roofing company for another property and had a great experience with them. This time, Francis inspected our house, assessed the roof damage, coordinated with the insurance adjuster, and arranged for the roof replacement. He was present at the start of the work, checked in with the team throughout the day, and carried out a final inspection once the replacement was finished. As for the crew who carried out the actual roof replacement, I cannot praise them enough. These dedicated men worked from dawn till dusk in the hottest temperatures we have seen in June. They were efficient, friendly, polite, and industrious. They managed to complete the entire project in a single day and returned the next morning for a thorough cleanup. I highly recommend this roofing company. They may not be the cheapest in the market, but they are undoubtedly the best. FORMER REVIEW: They offered fair pricing and efficient, professional service. Kaleb was amiable and respectful, clearly explaining what was needed to repair the leak in our chimney and provided an immediate quote.
