"So fun. I usually burn 500+ calories in an hour. There is also great variation in workouts to keep your body guessing. I was surprised how helpful it was during pregnancy… it felt like every class we were doing squats! And many teachers have taken prenatal specialty trainings and can provide modifications. Lots of people also come to class with injuries and ride the bike or do alternative workouts to allow their injuries to heal. They benefit from the class atmosphere and fellow classsmates encourage them. I find that 6:15am classes have the best energy, but also the longest waitlists! My only complaint is that I wish there was better understanding among coaches of how to coach pre-menopausal women. During the luteal phase this workout is too intense if you are going full speed. Premenopausal women need to know when it is appropriate to push and when they are likely to stress the body if they follow the workouts directly."
"Been going here for about 6 months and will be continuing for the foreseeable future. I had always struggled overthinking what to do during a specific workout (what music, muscle categories, reps, cardio, tracking etc.) and this class just lets me schedule a time and I know I’ll get a good workout in. "Despite the bad reviews, I actually never had a problem with this location and enjoyed my workouts. No problems with sign in, cleanliness, or nasty playlists. Coach Kylie even flexed with me when I missed some cardio since I was sitting in my car and missed some cardio due to an early start. I really appreciated that. Reading the other reviews, I DO agree that demanding $10 for a 1 time heart rate monitor loner is tacky; I'd change that policy if I were you. Perhaps have a single time comp loner for each customer. You could track it in your system."
