"The studio offers a variety of classes from beginner's yoga, meditation, and classes that are more advanced. They also offer Thai Yoga massage. The instructors/practitioners are very well educated and strive to CONTINUE their educations to provide everyone with the best care possible. On Saturdays, they have a yoga class that incorporates the 12 steps of drug/alcohol recovery. *This class is free but donations are accepted They offer sooo many workshops as well. There is something for everyone at One Love Yoga."
