"My father died July 4th, went in to fix my mothers payee info for her checks so they weren’t cut off, told we are good to go, I even called 3 times in July to verify, still told we are good to go. Had a phone interview today for her widow benefits to get told that I’m not her payee and that her checks will be delayed. Call the maysville office to get told we have to email the lady who did the application to push it through. Um what, you just said the process time is 15 days, why wasn’t it done? We have to email her and call you back, and they straight up hung up. How about you do your jobs so people can get their checks on time"

"We've had nothing but problems from SSI. We were told multiple times by different workers that as long as we turn in paystubs we wouldn't have overpayments. Called today (spoke to Rhonda) and the worker said that was true then changed her statement later in the call when we said something about turning in paystubs on time. She basically said SSI is a month behind in payments because they have to make sure everything is right through IRS. So basically we will keep having the same problem because they aren't putting in pay stubs information on time. She also could not explain why we have an overpayment. Rhonda was extremely rude and stated throughout the call that we were taking advantage of SSI. We ended up getting mad after she said that. I still had questions left but she hung up on us. Not to mention they will take away your health insurance if your next SSI payment is in limbo. There are so many issues with this program and it needs fixed! It shouldn't be this stressful every month."

She wouldn't connect me to case manager like I needed Told me go to office. All because she don't want to do her job. Hung up on me because I asked what her name was. A fricken joke! DO BETTER!!?"

"been trying to get social security cards for the children we adopted since march and can never get ahold of anyone at the office the. I've called and called been to the office a dozen times. And today I finally get ahold of someone they say the drop box is only open from 1-3:30 what in the world is going on."

"Seems to usually have 1 worker doing his job and he is very helpful but when the waiting area is full the other people walking and talking in the back need to pitch in and do their job and help"
