"Made appt. a year in advance, got multiple texts confirming appt. Got there to find out it was canceled. Made new appt. just to arrive to standing room only waiting room and asked to pay in advance. Waited a while and then found out they where running over an hour behind. Walked out. Do not waste your time, they have really gone down hill."

"This is the best place for eye care, especially cataract surgery. They really "care" for the patients. It's my favorite of any other I've been to. I highly recommend it."

"I do like this office and their doctors but the way they do contact prescriptions is ridiculous now. They upload it to a certain website and the prescription does not provide enough information (such as a doctor's signature) for anyone else to be able to validate that prescription. Basically I feel like I'm being forced to order from their website which cost me twice as much out of pocket vs me ordering from someone else."

"Had an appointment that they cancelled due to a dr leaving and rescheduled. Showed up to the rescheduled appointment and my appointment was at 9:30, arrived at 9:00 and waited until 10:30 and they took 4 people in front of me that arrived after me. Had to leave to return to work. Nothing against anyone here but would not suggest anyone goes here unless you are retired or you have a few hours to wait."
