"I have been taking my kids here for almost 9 years. I have never been talked to so rudely by their staff as I have in the past year. I brushed this off at first with Covid being a big part of stress and short staffing issues. Now I am starting to see that it’s definitely not. I called to reschedule an appointment and the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. They never answer with their name so you know who your talking to, only about 3 nurses there are nice and have a decent bedside manner, I get talked to on the phone like I’m a child or I’ve interrupted that person. If it wasn’t for Dr Coleman and Dr Keeton, I believe I would have found somewhere else. Their staff is so rude."
