"I bought a Dillon sectional sofa on 08/03/2022 and 3 months later only and the couch is already broke down and I contacted the Maysville KY store and they said it only has a 30 day return policy I also must add that I purchased the 3 year coverage warranty big lots game me the Allstate number for the insurance they provide I called that number Allstate sent me to the manufacturers Big lots, the manufacturers and the Allstate center all just kept sending me to someone else the the Allstate after the second time talking to them sent me to the big lots customer service center and I thought we were getting somewhere and got a case number and talked to them 48 hrs later like they said to and they once again said there was nothing they can do this is the worst experience I have ever gotten from any store I was kind, and patient with each person I talked to and all I get is nothing I spent almost $1500 on my sectional and this is what I get. I do not recommend any big lots furniture or any big lots I called multiple and all were no help if I was given the option of negative stars on this review it would be negative 5 they don't deserve a 1 star."
