"I have never written a customer review before. However, because Fasto Real Estate Solutions, and specifically their representative, Elisha, provided us with the BEST service I have ever received in my life, I feel obligated to share my experience. Our roof and siding were damaged by a storm, and both required professional repair work. We filed a claim, our first ever, expecting fair coverage from our insurance company. Instead, they refused to cover our damages fairly. Fortunately, Fasto Real Estate Solutions came to our rescue. From the beginning, Elisha took charge of our case with remarkable professionalism and dedication. He examined the damages and assured us that Fasto Real Estate Solutions would handle everything and all repairs would cost no more than our deductible. Initially skeptical, I thought we might have to pay out of pocket as they were going above and beyond, but Elisha stayed true to his word until the end. Elisha continually reassured us throughout the process and communicated with our insurance company. The insurance company sent an adjuster who initially only agreed to replace some damaged shingles and siding, refusing to consider the entire roof and siding. However, Elisha meticulously investigated the damages, conducted analyses, and presented professional damage reports to the insurance. He fought persistently, explaining the necessary building and residential codes, and ultimately won. Elisha's persistent efforts led to a lengthy negotiation process. He secured approval for a full roof replacement first. After the settlement, Fasto Real Estate Solutions swiftly completed the roof replacement using high-quality materials. The work was excellent. Elisha didn't stop there. He continued to fight for us, citing laws and regulations to support our claim for full siding replacement. He even temporarily repaired the damaged siding at no additional cost to prevent further damage. Eventually, our insurance company conceded and approved the complete replacement of our siding. Fasto Real Estate Solutions completed the job quickly with exceptional craftsmanship. The entire process spanned nearly a year due to prolonged negotiations with our insurance company. Throughout this period, Elisha and Fasto Real Estate Solutions fought daily and never gave up. Elisha made this a hassle-free experience. Elisha is a kind and polite young gentleman who displayed exceptional professionalism, patience, and flexibility. He visited our home many times to assess damages, build reports, and inspect replacements. He always coordinated visits at our convenience and replied promptly. Despite my occasional delays in responding, he remained patient and provided gentle reminders without complaints. Without Elisha's dedication and help, we would never have gotten our damages fixed satisfactorily. When we started this claim and had our damages refused, we never imagined that a year later we would have a brand new roof and siding, all thanks to Elisha and Fasto. He helped us like a trusted friend or even a family member who wholeheartedly took care of things from start to finish.
