Milfords site said they had a toolbox in stock , it was not so I called mason and spoke to grant and told him i was heading that way and he had it ready waiting on me ! Grant was beyond professional and super friendly and answered all my dumb questions about where things were and helped me find them as I was used to the milford store ! Hey harbor freight GRANT NEEDS A RAISE !!!! I'll drive the extra miles to go to the mason store any day of the week!"

"Solid store within chain. I do not care for the membership nor having to provide a phone number for every purchase. I rarely buy anything there that I would need a warranty for. I did buy a big tool chest and it was delivered with no issues. People are helpful and I agree it is organized and clean to shop and for discount tools it is not bad."
