"2/22 update: called the phone number the 'owner' below suggested and got no where. In fact they wondered why I was told to call them. These template responses are deceiving 'owner'. Did you know there are class action lawsuits against Samsung for this exact same issue? Why do you carry a product like this and offer no support? 2/20:Before you buy a Samsung appliance...don't buy it here because lowes offers no post purchase support. We purchased $2k refrigerator a year ago and it's not working. At all. Lowes points to Samsung and 10 long calls later, 3 service visits, $500+ of groceries ruined, and 2 1/2 weeks later we are in a queue for 'consideration' as our family has no refrigeration."
"This is your stereotypical Big Box store. In my opinion it is considerably larger than the nearest Hxxx Dxxxx… and it is so SO MUCH better staffed that it is worth your while and whatever 4 cents you save by going to the HD to go to Lowe’s. The people there can actually be found and are quite helpful when you do find someone, because, sorry people, you do have to look for someone from time to time. That being said… wide selection. Great prices. Knowledgeable sales staff. Good place to start your next home improvement project. Scale of 1-100? I’d give it an 89. Just shy of 5 stars. Hire just a few more people Lowe’s! Please."

"Great experience, I actually came in to talk about shower remodels and within seconds I was looking at options. Staff member was friendly and knowledgeable. I wish there were better options for installation, Lowes does a lot of great installations from doors, windows to sinks, but showers are outsourced as does the orange big box. There is a ton of need in area for bathroom upgrades in Mason, I feel it is a huge miss in your business model."
"Lowes in general is best big box hardware store. After stopping at another retailer I noticed how clean and organized the store was. Overall It was nice to feel like I did not have to organize there shelves or search for things."
