"Dr. Matthew Vernon, MD is our family doctor since we moved to Lebanon, Ohio in 2011. He is a great doctor who care about his patients. He always spend sufficient time with us during our annual check-up, and refers us to medical specialists as needed. He identified our special medical needs in a timely manner. His staff is friendly yet handling our care in a very efficient way. We had a few local family doctors before him, and we are glad we found him."

"Absolutely awful. Him and his staff. Do not visit this office. They could care less about you and your problems. Long story short...2 days in a row promised call backs about my visits and noone called. I had to follow up multiple times with noone returning any calls They have a horrible after hours answering service that couldnt help even if they wanted too. This practice is full of doctors that clearly dont care about their patients. I could keep writing and give more details but i dont think that it will matter."
"Sorry Johnny!!! Dr. Matthew Vernon is a jerk and he will stab you in the back. Instead of listened to a patient that has went there since 1980, he decided that he didn't want me to come back there because he accused me of selling drugs!!! Lol!! What an idiot!! I asked him to drug test me and do a blood test and he simply refused because someone had told him that I sold my drugs. He dismissed me from what another person had said to him!!! I am reporting this office and manager as well as Dr. Matthew Vernon to the Ohio Attorney General and also to the State Pharmacy Board. I am not going to stop until he loses his license to practice even if it takes a while. As a personal doctor, relationships mean a lot and he is not one for a secure relationship with anyone!!! He sure has you buffaloed!!!"
