"Nice employees, good dr. No problems"
"Called the Dr. ( I won't say their name because they were actually very nice) talked to scheduled an exam with their nurse. Dropped off my medical information and had an appointment scheduled. Turned me away...I have health insurance that I pay over 400 dollars a month for. They won't accept it. I have cash , credit, check. Won't accept it. Im beyond furious. This is the problem with American medicine. This is not the drs fault. But why schedule me. Why is it impossible to find a physician. I blame Premier network 100%. If anyone asks me in the future I will highly recommend not going to any drs in thos network. I am also a Dr. which makes this situation even more ridiculous."
"The front desk people have always been nice and helpful. The physician assistants there are great. I've also never had to wait very long. Close to home and a good office."
"I was told to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment time, I did. Saw the waiting room fill and empty twice before I finally asked how much longer to be called back. Was told that it would be at least another 45 minutes. I should not have to wait for almost 2 hours to be seen, especially since I had an appointment! This is unacceptable, I missed a whole day of work to sit there without being seen. I will be finding another doctor that actually values someone's time besides their own. A scheduled appointment should mean something, i understand running a little behind but waiting so long is absolutely ridiculous. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow."
