I was skeptical at first because my anxiety has been so out of control lately. Let me tell you, I have never and I mean NEVER felt so relaxed and at peace in my entire life. If you know me well enough, you know I'm wound super tight and always stressed out. Even prior to my session, I was all worked up because I had been arguing with T-Mobile for two hours. Once the session began and I experienced hypnosis for the first time, I could have fallen asleep at any moment. My entire body relaxed and my mind was calm.
