"Jim has taken care of all of our AC/furnace issues for the last ten years, including today when we didn’t realize one of our pups accidentally flipped a switch, cutting off the furnace. Oops. I booked online and he was able to come out within the day. He also kept our old, rapidly aging system running for as long as possible, and then did the replacement (Trane) when we finally needed a new system.
