The Candlemaker's Store is Not open to the public

"Their "type" scents are wildly off and inconsistent. If you contact their customer service, they offer no solutions whatsoever and put it all on you. Legit some of these scenes are so wildly off, no competent human would ever equate them with what they're selling them as (Red Apple Wreath and Balsam&Cedar come to mind, they're wildly different than anything you'd expect from those scents from Yankee). The biggest reason for 1 star is the customer service, though. Offered legit zero solutions, instead told me repeatedly to tell me what I wanted. I'm not your business owner, I don't call those shots. It's your responsibility to offer a solution when someone presents a problem. I would highly recommend shopping somewhere else, I won't be returning for these multiple reasons."

"I have been ordering from TCS for about a year now, and have tried many, MANY fragrances in varying quantities. This reflects these purchases thus far. Pros: Affordable- Samples are only about $3 each for an ounce which is a great way to check out new fragrances. Fast shipping- Always arrives within a few days of ordering. Quality- I love most of the oils I've gotten! I like to blend them to create my own fragrances, and have had great success. Variety- They have so many fragrances available, so you can find something for everyone. Packaging- my oils have all arrived safely, and they include caps for pouring fragrance oils which makes it easier to control the amount you're using (versus free pouring from the bottle) Cons: Shipping cost- I really, REALLY wish they offered free shipping, even if it was only for orders $100+. I won't be buying wax again from here just based on shipping costs. No return policy in sight- very self explanatory. Sometimes misleading fragrance descriptions- while I've loved most of the oils I've purchased, a few have been kinda nasty. Lack of review transparency- I've left a few reviews on their site, but they're nowhere to be found. Overall I will keep purchasing from here as I have many candles using these oils that are really big hits with my customers, but I will use caution and only order sample sizes of new fragrances rather than banking on them being exactly what I want."

"I run Bald Eagle Candles in North Carolina and I have to shout out this place. They are always fast to process, pick, and pack orders. If you're upset about shipping costs, vote different. TCS doesn't set shipping rates, taxes do. The people at TCS are always very helpful when I call. My orders always arrive in a timely manner. I also love that they pack them so carefully and use fully sealed tops on the larger bottles and include the squirt tops separate. Phenomenal company, competitive pricing, and quality products. Thanks so much!"

"Stopped dead in my tracks from ordering online because of shipping costs. My order of $124 of only 4,2, and 1 ounce FO’s was going to cost $100.32 to ship to me. USPS would have charged a flat rate of $22 bucks for that. Emailed to see if they would work with me, and was told they don’t use USPS on orders over $60 because of “damage”. But after seeing so many people say they don’t smell good, I’m guessing that worked out for the best, cause BABY NO."

"I placed an order online. My order was ready for me when I got there, all items were accounted for, and the nice guy even carried my order to my vehicle! He was even nice enough to answer my questions about the products I purchased! I live about 40 minutes away but won't mind making the drive again! The customer service was worth it!"
