"Paid for unlimited deluxe including tire shine and had to go through 2 times because there was still bird poop on the hood, the body felt like it was covered in gritty fine sand, and it had no tire shine. I was told to go through again the machines udate every 5 minutes. - what ever that means. 2nd time through bird poop came off, the gritty feeling was gone but still no shiny black tires!!!! Talked to the guy working his response was " We are really busy, I can't help you, I would have to go in there ,( nodding inside the car wash), in order to fix the problem of why your tires are not shiny ". I asked, "So everyone here is paying for a service and not getting it, is what you are telling me?" His response, "Sorry, I can't help you, this conversation is over." Today, September 3rd, I automatically got charged $45.00. So, apparently unlimited wash means they have your credit card information and just keep billing you. Where does it say that when you pull up and choose a wash, that they will continue to bill you monthly Where does it tell you, that when choose unlimited they bill you monthly without being asked to have unlimited services again for a month ? It is probably on the back of the receipt they don't offer to give to you when you pay for the unlimited monthly plan. Fortunately I asked for my receipt!!! If it is there. Then you don't know that you signed up for it until AFTER YOU PAID FOR IT. I will findmy receipt and read the back, and update this post."

"The staff here was very helpful! After getting my car washed it did a fair job. I noticed that I needed to vacuum as well and to my conveniency this car wash has free vacuum that does have good suction. 10/10 recommend"

"I enjoy coming to this car wash. There are plenty of spaces after the car wash for vacuuming. My suggestion is to come on a weekday when it’s less congested. It can get packed on the weekend, naturally. Feedback: labeling the cleaning supplies in the spray bottles may be helpful. I believe the blue liquid spray is to clean the glass but I’m not sure what the reddish solution is."

Love the fact that their equipments are almost always brand new, works all the time, and two, they always have enough & more staff standing by.
