I always feel welcome coming here, whether it’s to trade-in old gear, buy equipment, print photos, or shop the rental equipment. An absolute gem of a place!"

"I was looking for a simple point and shoot camera for my vacation. I looked at their website they showed several. Unfortunately I didn’t see a button on the website to sort out in-store items and drove to the store 35 minutes away. Turns out they don’t carry any in the store. I then called the next closest store in Dayton. He said they had one or two in stock but he wouldn’t recommend them because they were of poor quality. Turns out most of their cameras are in their warehouse in Cleveland. So they either have none in stock or their junk. I really like to shop at brick and mortar stores and see what I’m buying before I buy it. Unfortunately, it looks like Amazon wins over brick and mortar stores again."
