"If you're thinking about buying a car stereo from Best Buy - DON'T! I Bought a Sony Car stereo.. had it installed by their auto service. Higher end unit with apple play for iPhone and Android. Sold on it by the sales guy.. Best Buy guy indicated would work well with my iPhone via USB cable as well as bluetooth. Found out not true... only works with Bluetooth. Strike one. I was also told that the stereo worked well with my steering wheel controls. did for a day, then had to be reset. worked for another day, had to be reset... Really a pain... and shouldn't have to reset sporadically. Strike two. calling to get the situation fixed...Best Buy phone system absolutely a joke. When I finally got through to talk to somebody they gave me what was supposed to be the car audio service extension. left two messages on different days, no callback even though supposedly 100% customer guarantee. Called and dialed sales intentionally to talk to someone live... where I explained situation and was told would have to actually go to the store to talk to someone at store level. Best Buy... thanks for doing your BEST to lose this particular customer.The Stereo will be returned and Best Buy will not get my business again."

"Went in 2 days before Christmas, they did not have wanted merchandise in store and I had some questions that I needed answered before placing order. The associate was very promt, friendly and was able to answer all my questions. Before we left we scored a great deal on a tv also. Thank you for the great customer service."

"Went there for customer service. Forget about it. I wanted a CD player receiver. Asked the sales person if this was his department. He said yes. So he started reading the boxes on the shelf and looking things up on his phone. He doesn’t even know what he has. Very disappointed. Finally found what I wanted on his phone but was out of stock. Will call Crutchfield and talk to someone with knowledge. Won’t be going back to worst Best Buy. Good bye."

"Usually great here, I came in looking for a portable hard drive. I had some questions and the only person there was catching up with a friend. Not a big deal, I should read up and learn a bit about a product before shopping on a whim. Everyone else was nice, asked myself and my wife if we needed anything while browsing other departments."
