"Parts clerk is a tool. I asked him to check if he has a certain part number in stock and he asked if I was sure that was the part that I needed exactly and I said probably but not 100% sure. He proceeds to tell me that he won’t sell me the part if I’m not positive. Also they can’t themselves lookup by vin number to see if it fits. All while talking to me like I’m the stupid one."
"The worst customer service and price gouging you will ever experience. Get ready to wait for months and never be able to get anyone on the phone. Unfortunately when dealing with Ford warranty work there aren't many options to get your commercial vehicle fixed. Will never use them again."
