"Unfortunately, this is probably the shortest lived subscription I've ever had to a car wash. I signed up on my way in, canceled on my way out. At $43/month, they don't include the basics: Vaccuums. I've had subscriptions with car washes between Florida and Kentucky for years. It wasn't made clear at all that the vaccums weren't included until we pulled up after going through the tunnel. The tunnel was okay. I had what appeared to be wax residue on my vehicle afterwards that took quite a lot of time to buff off the vehicle. I pulled up to the vacuums and found they were another $2 to use. I drive a lot. If I visit three times per week, that takes my total cost up to over $70/month. That's just not worth it."

"Today at the car wash I ran into a minor hiccup with my credit card and the vacuum. The manager, Houston, came over after I called for assistance and didn’t hesitate to help. After that I was vacuuming my car when I locked my keys and EVERYTHING in the inside. I had no phone or purse. I was accompanied by Houston again who helped tremendously!! A complete lifesaver. He used his AAA to get my doors unlocked and he kept me company while still doing an amazing job servicing the customers. He was so polite and patient! He also let me stay in the A/c while we waited for roadside assistance. I can’t thank him enough for today truly!"

"I've had my car washed here a couple times and my car looks great afterwards! I've had the ultimate car wash twice, and I've had the works once. The wax used during the ultimate does last longer than the clear coat used during the works as one would expect. My car is always so nice and shiny after I get the ultimate and the wax stays on for a few weeks."

"Overpriced for the very standard service, associates are very pushy about buying a plan, and their claims department will do absolutely anything to keep from having to pay out on damage they caused. New bumper cost me $1800 and they sent me a photo of a from-factory panel gap (visible on any other car of the same model) claiming "prior damage." Hand wash is the way as their brushes will scratch your paint to no end."

"After purchasing the basic wash with undercarriage, I inspected my vehicle afterwards and there were still bug smears on the front of the vehicle and along the sides. Not a complete clean. Really unsatisfied for $15. Added some photos with my watch and the receipt to show."
