"$20 for an hour and a half worth of parking. A total rip off. It was a Wednesday night with no games happening. No pricing posted at the entry, of course. Avoid this terrible lot."

"My family parked in this parking garage, to attend a show at the Arnoff Center. When the show was over they had to wait to pay upstairs. Then had to wait for the elevator and had to wait even longer to get the car. The garage was charging every one extra money for going over time. We resented basically being held for ransom. Our 93 year old father had to stand in the cold all this time. I live an hour away in Indiana. Yet I still made it home before my family who all live within 20 minutes of Cincinnati did. Them having to wait so long, and being charged extra money is completely unacceptable."

"$18 for parking 4 hours from 8:30AM to 12:30PM Wednesday today 5/26/2021. What? Across the street its just $5 or $7 a day. Whole ground level parking is preserved for office upstairs, I guess. Explicitly written in each parking space that "vehicle will be towed under owners expense." Below ground level is very narrow passage to park. Most of the place hold a placard "4 hours parking only. On the way to exit, cones installed in such a way that, they do not let you go easy way. All car owner must take a long u turn. Drive to another flor below then drive two floor up and exit. Go there and park if you have money and time to waste in this pandemic time. What a rip off!!"

"Garage is very clean, well lit and safe. The problem is that their advertised overnight rate of $5 is false. It is $18 overnight."

"The cost of parking is a good reason to go elsewhere. The payment machine didn't read credit cards & didn't give change from $20 bill, so I paid the overnight fee for one hour parking."
