"Avoid Star Parking. Signs clearly state it's $12.00 to park, when asked to park on the street the thieving Valet tried to strong arm us, we were told it's at the discretion of the individual Valet how much they charge for parking, even with the sigh showing it's $12.00. Why would Star Parking allow this? This is criminal behavior and wholeheartedly dishonest behavior. This is August 4th 2024 in from of Mr. Sushi and Bourbons Kraft."

"I park in the Northside (Hamilton) lot frequently as my husband works at a business adjoining that lot. I parked there at 10:25am on 1/4/24 and paid via the Passport app for 2hr. A month later, I received a letter stating that I had a parking violation (although there was never a ticket on my car) for that date issued at 11:06am. I immediately went to the website to dispute the violation (with screenshots of the app showing I paid but there was no place for an attachment) and I didn't hear anything back. After we got home from vacation a week after that, I decided to check too see that it was taken care of. Their site shows that I still owe $78 and now says I am past the dispute window. I sent an email (the site and answering machine says they will reply within 24hr) but have still not had a response. I called again this morning and even though every thing on the phone refers to the website, left a message in a voicemail for some other service (we'll see what happens). I am also on my way to Northside today to leave a letter taped to the kiosk. On a side note, I will also be telling patrons of my husband's work to no longer use this lot as well as asking other business owners in the area to do the same. I will also be posting this review to my social media. I see from the other reviews here that this is a predatory business that 1. Watches people park in the lot 2. Doesn't leave a ticket on the vehicle so they can later claim it as unpaid and increase the fine and 3. In no way attempts to contact their victims so the only option they have is pay."

"I drove through their parking lot in order to find parking and I recieved a ticket in the mail by the next week. They also refuse to help customers. Someone I know had their car stolen from a star parking services lot and although this company uses cameras to monitor all of their lots in order to ticket people, they would not let her access this camera footage in order to help locate her car. Never set foot on their parking lots."

"I will never park in this parking lot in northside ever again. Parking meter was down and there was no way to pay for parking. I am a working tradesmen and I had to run across the street to the hardware store to grab a simple part. I was probably gone only four minutes from my vehicle, I would’ve paid parking at the meter was working. I would not recommend parking in that lot. They have someone sitting there waiting for you to get out to target your vehicle. Avoid parking in Star parking lots. They are con artist with no respect for the community."

"So yesterday I went to a show at Bogart's an use your parking garage the one across the street from the fire station restaurant . I tried to download the app and ask for my credit card info and then did not show me how to pay for parking so I did it again... I ended up going to the machine and paying till 11:15. When I came out my friends were going to the bar so I went back to your machine that would not work... So I went and found another machine and my card would not work. I had no cash on me. I noticed that I was getting calls for my bank . My card wouldn't work because when I try to download your app it sent me somewhere else and stole my credit card information. My card was frozen and as I was on the phone with the bank I go to my car to move it and I have a freaking ticket at 11:16. One entire minute late??? What kind of scam are you running here my card is still currently Frozen and now I'm dealing with fraud charges from trying to download your app? Your machines don't work... So everyone is forced to use one. Stand in line. Get my card information stolen and then you ticket me one minute late? Feel free to take me to court because I would love to explain this to a judge and to the rest of Cincinnati ***Edit... I sent this to them and they did take off the ticket does not help me with the issue of my card but at least some things done"
