"I had such wonderful customer service at the Rev location . Eric made sure I had the van I rented in time for my trip and had it cleaned and the oil change completed before my arrival. He went above and beyond to help me. The van was wonderful and had no problems taking it across the country and back. This van was crucial to our trip. Today, I turned in the van and the gentleman helping me was so kind and answered my questions. I can’t thank Eric and the other employee enough. I recommend this location, and hope the employees professionalism and kindness are recognized."
"Horrible experience. Had to wait 45 mins to get the van. Had recall sticker on the keys. Said air bags didn't work so we waited for another van and they told me it was a mistake, that the van was fixed. Got it and the oil change said 0. Told the gentleman at the desk and he came out and physically changed it back to 100% himself. Said the dealership must have forgot to set it back. Went from ohio to Florida and back. It drove horrible and I honestly thought it was going to break down at some points. Didn't want to go. They told me they gave me a free tank of gas for my troubles, but it wasn't filled. 3/4 of a tank. Returning it was almost as bad. Took around 45 mins. Overheard them talking on phone that Norwood location takes their good vehicles and will leave them the junk cars. I believe it. Horrible experience. At the end the man at the desk gave me an enterprise card that said free upgrade and free tank but it looks so unprofessional I'm worried that I'll be accused of forging it, or worse, get a vehicle that is worse than what i got, and break down. I'll never return to the Rev drive location. The workers were polite, but the van needed maintenance. The rpms would go all the way to 5/6 when it was on a slight incline."
"They were professional. But stop saying can pick up. Had to find a way there and back. There was no washer fluid front or back wipers. And sat on hold for more than 40 mins."
"great experience! the car was very clean and well maintained. staff were extremely kind and helpful with my situation."
"I have revised my 5 star rating to a 1 star due to my most recent experience at this location. I strictly used Enterprise for all business and personal rentals until now. I made a 24 hour rental to do a fairly simple A to B trip. At no point during my travel was the vehicle damaged, and throughout the night, the car was safely parked in my driveway. I dropped the vehicle off this afternoon, and placed the keys in the drop box. I did not have a mask in my possession at the time and the number provided at the door to get ahold of an employee goes straight to voicemail. This has not been the first time I've dropped the keys off during business hours throughout COVID, the only difference is that I was never hit with an accusation of damage and an accident claim I was never party to. The woman working called and left a message about the "bumper damage" on the car, so I immediately returned to the rental location. I searched the car for bumps, scratches or dents, as you are advised to do as a renter. It took me several minutes before I figured out she was talking about two body clips that had popped out of place(but were not damaged) I asked for the manager or owner, she informed me that that was her(Madison). I explained what I was told to look for prior to signing the rental agreement and that I wasn't looking for anything past those bumps, scratches and dents. These clips were not readily evident and were certainly not misplaced due to my use. Now I have an accident report and an insurance claim to deal with. I am done using Enterprise entirely."
