Door dashing and needed gas and they was waiting to steel it was Jun 16., 2024 - 4:05 am then charged $140 dollars then put the miney back then charded me 4 times add up to 40bucks I'm go Call speedway to someone gotta go I hate a thief.. 21.30 . The other speedway wasn't me"

"So I’m usually at this speedway daily because I work across the street. The employees are very friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is the bathroom. I feel like I am in a dungeon when I’m in there. It’s almost scary. It has a big dark blue light. The walls are terrible dingy looking and it NEVER has a good smell and looks half cleaned. If they could fix that bathroom, 5 Stars!"

"Came to get gas and a few other items at 4:30 in the morning and I see the attendant sleeping at the front counter and the doors was locked. So I called to see what was going on and she answered the phone saying she was cleaning up so the store would be closed for 15 minutes. I'm literally looking at her with her head down on the counter lying. Then when she finally opened the door for other customers, she asked me was I the one that just called and if so get out before she calls the police. Horrible service and that attendant should be fired."

"Was there this morning. My husband went in to pay for gas and coffee's. He had a lid that didn't fit my coffee so naturally I went in to exchange the lid. At the coffee station the lids were marked "old lids" and "new lids" so the reason for the lid not fitting was easy. I switched it out and headed back to my vehicle. Upon walking back a young man who worked there flagged me down and accused me of STEALING the coffee telling me I "needed to pay for that" I explained that my husband already bought it I was just switching the lid that didn't fit.... he said alright and went back in without further issue but i find this HIGHLY unprofessional to blatantly accuse someone of stealing without any basis. He could have simply asked other customers if they saw me walk in with my coffee, or checked the cameras, or just waited a second to see if I was approaching the vehicle that had just purchased coffee. That was embarrassing and ridiculous. Won't be going back."

"Tonight I went to the store at 8:13 p.m. to get my boyfriend a 6 pack. When I got to the beer cave it was locked so I asked the employee that was pretending to clean if she could let me in to get the 6 pack. Her response was when I get done sweeping. WOW. Ok. Everytime I go into this store theres a line to the door and at least 2-3 employees just chilling in the back. This store really needs help with there customer service! I can't believe the main office hasn't done something yet. They really need help. I will go to Thortons any day and get carded and be ok with that. Maybe if the assistant manager would stop trying to be a home wrecker and do her job the store may run a little better. The manager cant do it all alone!!!"
