"Didn't get my truck very clean. I didn't have time to go through again and we also don't live in the area. I wouldn't waste my money again. If your car isn't that dirty then maybe it's fine, but I've been through washes all around the country and my truck has been way more dirty then it was here and came out sparkling. I was disappointed."

"Wash is good. Compressed air and vacuums work well. No towels available when I went on 7/19/24 at ~3pm. Doors were locked. Only one employee which was far too busy managing the other needs of the place to wait around to ask about towels. That's a staffing issue and that is on zips. They failed to provide what was part of the agreement. Not the best location"
"I signed up for $10 promotional deal. I used it maybe 4x's and everytime I used it this thick brown liquid was on side of my truck and the rims. I showed the attendant and and also canceled that day. That guy never canceled and I didn't noticed the charge now I'm fighting for my money back because these people don't do their jobs. Oh they had free vacuums and 2 of the 4x's I went the free vacuums didn't work."
