The Verizon perks, price, nor 5g coverage is better. But the service from staff and online support is. The plan price and options are equivalent to competitors. Although we are still working through some transfer and billing issues I trust Ty will get them resolved. The new phone trade in promotions are 2 thumbs up. Not only was Ty positive, low pressure, and knowledgeable he smiled despite being required to work in the hot store with no air conditioning. It was 98 degrees in the city and inside the store 88 degrees. The store lacks presentation and frills but you can tell Ty cares and works with what he has. I'm looking forward to the new experience because Ty cares about the Verizon customers, his job, and the company brand. Ty deserves a big raise and thank you. I recommend."
