"The one star is for one (or more) of DCOF's administrative staff members. I've given this place a lot of business. Last January, one of my tooth roots died and got infected (potentially deadly). I called to get an appointment and told them my root was infected (pain and swelling). A staff member told me they had no availability for THREE days... AND she was rather snippy about it.... 1) Hellooo?! Pain?! Infection?! 2) This place has about half a dozen dentists, so it's ridiculous that none of them could see me for THREE days for a legitimate emergency. I had to go to another dentist for antibiotics and a root canal. This already had DCOF on very thin ice with me. About 10 days ago I decided to give them one last chance and go in for my routine cleaning and while I was was there, tell a dentist what happened. I got on DCOF's website and requested an appointment. Guess what? I never received a call back for an appointment. After the third day of no response I called someone else. In my experience with DCOF, all the dentists themselves seemed to be skilled and knowledgeable, but again, one or more of the administrative staff sucks, and well.. a business is only as strong as their weakest link. I'm done with DCOF and had my first visit with my new dentist today."
