"My entire life I have had a disdainful view of dentists, not that I have no respect for the job, but that I've had a series of bad experiences with them, so much so that I avoided them for over a decade. When I finally broke down and went to see one, I was sure to do my due diligence in making the best choice that I could with respect to sharp and pointed objects in my mouth. The dental center of Florence has exceeded my every expectation in terms of bed side mannerism, professionalism, and ease of operation. They are very well priced and have simple, step by step, custom individual pathway to reaching ones oral health goal, and honestly, they are extremely gentle with the numbing process. They go out of their way to make sure they cause as little discomfort as possible, which is a boon that cannot but understated. I have recommended friends and family to their location for all manner of dental needs, as I now recommend you, to give them a chance the next time you need a dentist."

"We always have a good experience. One bit of feedback.... When I was in your office, I wanted to schedule a cleaning. I received an "end of year benefits reminder" from your office encouraging me to use my benefits before they expire at the end of the year. You have no appointments available until March of next year. Maybe don't encourage people to use their benefits if the only way to use the benefits is to go somewhere else."

"Honest to goodness: I’m so unbelievably happy with the treatment I received here. I would give a hundred stars if I could. I have EXTREME dental anxiety. Like, totally debilitating anxiety. I had to work up the courage to even walk in the door- but from the moment I walked in, the people at the reception were so nice and welcoming. My wait time was minimal; they had already checked everything with my insurance before I even walked in. Chelsea (I believe) was the RDH that worked with me and I CANNOT say enough good things about her. I told her upfront how anxious and scared I was- she was so wonderful and made sure to explain everything to me step by step. Truly a lifesaver! The dental work was done very well and every single person who worked with me was both professional and understanding of my situation. EVERYONE there made sure I felt comfortable. I had to get a filling (which was a very nerve racking thing for me) but I was helped through the process so thoughtfully and I really REALLY appreciate that. They showed me every tool that they would be using, showed me what it did, and explained what it would feel like. That was SO helpful for me to know what to expect. Oftentimes I know dealing with an anxiety attack can be difficult and require extra steps- but I would not have a second thought about returning here because they took it so seriously. No joke- this visit helped my fear that I’ve had for years of not going to the dentist. I already scheduled my next appointment! I would recommend this place for anyone and everyone- but ESPECIALLY if you struggle with anxiety about the dentist. I will only go here from now on. Thank you to everyone who worked on me!"

"Very pleased with this place thus far, got my dentures same day. They were very informative and kind. Have gotten me in very quickly for all of my appts. Very pleased with my new smile! I did not have my oral surgery here so I can not speak on that BUT denture experience was great."

"My husband had many broken teeth that needed removing before he got dentures. Jane Gray was his dentist and he is very happy the whole experience was much less painful than he expected and his dentures look great. He is still going through the healing process but he is very happy with his dentures and his care. Recently I had my teeth cleaned my Chelsea and she is absolutely the best hygienist and so sweet. Dr. Grimm did several fillings and a treatment plan. She thoroughly explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. She did a great job and I had no pain. My teeth look great and I will definitely be having any future dental work there."
