"Just a terrible experience with Dr Patel Very immature and lacks empathy or understanding"

"My mother is an older woman and she went to this location today to get her tooth extracted after her appointment she said the doctor had put numbing medication on her mouth, then he had gave her the shot immediately after, before the medication had time to work. In very bad pain my mother was asking please wait a minute and he proceeded to disregard and still give me her the shot, when she was telling him she was in excruciating pain. He was yelling at her very loud that she was moving to much then went back in to extract another tooth yelling real loud at her that we aren't gonna have any of that! My mother started crying then he started scolding her saying if she "don't stop moving I may have to go somewhere else to be put to sleep " My mother has had dental work done her whole life and she has never had this problem and she also has a high pain tolerance. This is so unacceptable. The doctor was Dentist was Dr.Patel, the receptionist, that are not very good at assisting and will leave you up there waiting are Sarah and Kaylan the assistance of the doctor are Ashley, Loghyn, Laurie, Maddy, Britney. I'm very disappointed if I could leave zero stars, I could. Please do not go here and please do not bring your family here because they will be treated poorly."

"I can highly recommend Urgent Dental Care. I had a serious toothache and every dentist close to me was closed on Friday. I called the good people at Urgent Dental Care and they got me right in to see a dentist the same day. I sat down with Dr. Patel and he immediately made me feel comfortable. He explained that I needed a tooth extraction, but that due to the tight working space around my wisdom tooth, it would be difficult to get the tooth out. He explained that he would do his best to get me the relief that I needed. Dr. Patel personally administered the anesthetic and made sure that I was in no pain. He then went at the tooth and thirty seconds later he had removed it and it was sitting in the palm of his hand. He did not damage any other my other teeth during the procedure. All of the services provided were performed at a very reasonable price which was disclosed up front. The services were completed within two hours of my inquiry regarding my need for dental work.
