"I've been going here for a while and have had a relatively pleasant experience (for as pleasant as the dentist can be). However, my last visit ended with a tough situation that still irks me now. (Preface: 17 year old male that drove myself there). In my 6 month routine checkup, I had a cleaning done that ended with the usual fluoride treatment. Before this, my nurse / dental assistant noted that my family insurance plan covered this fluoride treatment. So naturally, I said to "carry on". To my surprise, I was notified at the end (by a different employee mind you) that this treatment would cost me $33. While not a huge expense, I can't help but feel as if I've been lied to. I am hoping for a response from this location to get this unfortunate situation ironed out. I would rather not have to find a new dental institution, and I know that they would rather me stay."

"Dr. Rolf was thorough in his exam and I truly felt his commitment in providing quality dental care. He was attentive to my specific needs and I greatly appreciated his feedback. Additionally, he is very lucky to have such an amazing team to support his practice. Destiny at the front office is an amazing multi-tasker! She was busy answering calls, but found a way to make sure I checked in and completed any necessary paperwork. Neither myself nor the callers felt rushed, she provided a great atmosphere. I also wanted to give a huge shout out to Rachel Schmitt. Oh boy, where do I begin? She is nothing short of amazing, the place is truly blessed to have her. How she balances her level of professionalism and friendliness is a gift. I’ve never felt so at home at the dentist."

"Rachel Schmitt, (Dental hygiene) Is an all-star she is amazing. I have never had a dental hygienist, as personable as she is and very educated , what an excellent experience. I love Cincinnati dental. All the crew is fantastic and Dr. Rolf is an excellent dentist I am so blessed to find such an awesome staff. Thank you so much."

"Wow is all I can say! My daughter needed assistance with her tooth. She went to the dentist. We received a quote! Great... They do the first step of the service and put a temporary cap on. The tooth should have been in a week later. They called the day of the appointment to say her tooth was not in yet. Then they say it will be in before Labor Day. The tooth "did not come in" until this past Monday. Craziness. So over a month waiting on a crown going on close to two months... She goes in today, and the temporary crown was in for so long that they were not able to simply remove it... Then prior to placing the crown, they never informed her of a price or amount that any of this would cost. They place the crown and then tell her the amount would be over $500. Also, they don't offer payment plans but they will figure out a way to work with her. Mind you, this child is new to being an adult. Overall, as a parent, we are very dissatisfied with this office. We will be shopping around for a new provided. The worst service ever.. No communication..."
