"Friday evening at 7pm place was busy and only 1 cashier available. Self-checkout had 20 or so customers waiting in line with help lights flashing and 1 attendant. Perhaps someone should let management know Friday is 4X fuel points and to expect a few extra customers!!?? The lone cashier was kind and patient. Felt bad for her having 15 people in line and most complaining about poor customer service with no other cashier open."
