"My daughter was currently in the store yesterday and was asked for her ID because it was told to Young to be in there by herself she is 18 then the gentleman that was working constantly followed her around and try to help her put on her prom dress when her friend was with her my daughter repeatedly told the gentleman they were fine that they didn’t need help but he insisted on following them around the store. Seems a little sketchy to me so if you’re sending your daughter in there alone I would watch out I don’t understand why he needed to see her ID"

"I am absolutely IN LOVE with my wedding dress that I recently purchased from Bella. My best friend and I decided to check out their selection, and I ultimately decided to schedule an appointment to try on a dress. I needed to move my appointment to a different date, and the owners were very understanding. When I showed up for my appointment, the saleswoman was so lovely and willing to help with the try on process when necessary. She was even giving me compliments and hyping me up which made for a very positive experience. Their price point was also another major win. Most bridal shops charge double or even triple what I paid for my dress, but the dress still looks like one that you could purchase at the high end retailers. Overall, I would really recommend Bella for your wedding dress needs!"

"They have a beautiful selection of prom dresses at very affordable prices. We have purchased a few dresses there for my daughter's proms. This year is her senior year. When there was an issue with the original purchase, the owners were very helpful and were willing to work with us to correct the situation. I'm happy to say my daughter walked away with a beautiful dress that she loves! Thank you Bella, for working with us so my daughter can go to her senior prom looking like a princess!"

"They were VERY RUDE!!! i don’t know if it was because the color of my skin that they made an assumption I was broke or what?! I was messaging with an employee a week prior to coming in store in regards to DIFFERENT DRESSES but had my eyes set to one after she sent me pics. She told me I could come in any day except Thursday because she wasn’t there… I texted her today asking was the dress still there she stated it was and I told her I’d be there soon being she told me “you can walk in” upon arrival she grabbed the dress stuck it in a room and walked off to assist other people.. thank god I had a friend there to assist me with figuring out how to put on the dress. Upon putting it on we noticed the back of the corset was too small so I told my friend to ask if I could try on a bigger size in ANY dress to know my size. She proceeded to tell my friend “oh if she wanna try on more dresses she gtta make an appt and we booked for bridal appts til April 24th” the attitudes were the start of the issue!! She told me I could get this dress discounted if I liked it because it was “tried on a lot” she failed to mention that the dress had caked up make up stains and red lipstick stains!!! Why not get it cleaned before putting it back on the floor?! I’m looking for a dress for the most special day of my life my wedding!!! They ruined my whole day. I plan on spending my hard earned money else where at David’s bridal where I can be treated equally and with dignity and respect! The employee I was texting with name was Ashley!"

"Y'all! I drove four hours from home for an event & decided to randomly check in on dresses. I was skeptical after reading reviews, but decided to check it out myself Typically they require apts, but the gentleman understood the fact I lived so far away and the wedding was close. He went out of his way to allow me to choose dresses and try them on! He didn't hover over me and was polite the entire time! My bridesmaids are coming back here for their dresses as well!"
