"I never have to wait long for an appointment, I always feel heard, and no one at this office has ever tried to sell me essential oils from their multi level marketing scheme (that really happened at other offices I went to which is why that needs to be said lol). It's just a normal professional medical practice, nothing weird, and I love that."

"Made an appointment a week in advance. Showed up on time for my appointment, they tell me the doctor took a personal day . They said they tried to call me but didn’t have my phone number which I gave them with all my information the previous week. Not very professional."

"HORRIBLE facility, staff is rude, Dr. says one thing and does another. There is no follow thru or call back. My husband was sick for months, Dr. prescribed meds, they didn't work and no one would return our calls. I called in 4x and then when they do call back, no message and no results. Back to finding another doctor whose word is reliable and follows thru with taking care of their patients."

"Been a patient of dr Thomas for years than recently I was asked to see the nurse practitioner instead which went fine. Than she had an office assistant follow up with a phone number Erica. It took multiple requests to actually get the phone number over three weeks and she was rude and disrespectful the whole time. I tried to speak with the office manager and left her many messages but she never called me back either. Than I get a letter saying they are not going to treat me anymore because I was rude?! Erica should be fired and should not be aloud to work with the general public. Be careful when you go here you might have to interact with her she is awful."
