"As a new patient I had an extensive interview with a medical assistant. She took notes on my specific concerns as well as gathering general information. I then waited for 15-20 minutes for the nurse practitioner. She scanned me quickly, treated three small issues, and was done in 5 minutes. I asked a question and she answered. However, the concerns I had brought up with the MA were not addressed. As a new patient, I felt the treatment was perfunctory. Based on the high level of satisfaction shown in other reviews, I am disappointed."
