"Went here for the first time during Christmas for Covid-like symptoms. The admin/receptionist not only input my birthday wrong so I couldn't access my bill, but also did not send the bill over to my insurance. I recall overhearing her having issues with the computer and not understanding why it wasn't working, so rather than giving me a head's up she just sent me the full bill. I live out of state so trying to call the billing department to fix all these issues has been hellacious due to time zones, the amount hours it takes for them to call back, and them having to go back and verify all my intake information. The doctors and everything were nice enough, but this is way too much to deal with."

"The staff was great. Was a little confusing getting around the building. It was my first time there. I think bigger signs would help."

"This place has always been nothing but a joke. You go to urgent care or the ER and you’ll wait at least an hour to be seen. They just focus on one symptom that you have and not the others. If you’re sick they’ll just test you for Covid, if it’s negative, they just tell you they don’t know and send you home. The care here makes the VA look like the best healthcare ever made. Save your time and money from this God forsaken place."

"My college son went there in pain the other night. They stuck him in a corner and forgot about him. Hours later his girlfriend checked back in with staff and they didn’t even have a wrist band on him so the doctor NEVER even knew he was there! Imagine being in SEVERE pain and these the people you go to for help. Placed in a corner and forgotten about."

"All within the past two years and currently -Have used the Emergency Room, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Lab, Cardiology (these docs saved my husband's life too), Family doctor, and Neurology at Mercy Defiance so far. The only one I would NOT recommend is Neurology and that is just the doctor. The Mercy Nurses are the best. Kind and compassionate. And I wear a mask because I prefer to keep Medical professionals and myself healthy. It shows respect for others who may be compromised (in that moment or in general)"
