"Terrible. Let me suffer worse than a dog with horrific back pain for 7 months! Was told over and over it was just sciatica! I ended up with stress fracture and bone pressing on spinal nerves. I had to be my own healthcare advocate because they do not care. No one ever called with results from xray or MRI. Some moronic staff deleted my medical reports out of mychart and only put them back after i called and complained.I found my own ortho surgeon (not a promedica surgeon) to do my surgery. They might b ok for basic illnesses like cold or flu but even that is questionable but not for any serious medical issues!!"

"Outpatient check-in clearly didn't know or didn't care to properly bill my appointments which were due to me donating a kidney to save someone's life. For 6 months after the surgery, I dealt with bills, calls from Promedica billing and then debit collectors! All because they billed my insurance instead of sending it to the appropriate agency as I explained each time I went in for testing. Terrible experience!"
