"Awful experience, tried to get my daughter prescription dropped it off, after waiting in line for 40 minutes, to pick it up the next day and when I show up the next day they act clueless then make me wait another 20 minutes finally give me the prescription and when I ask for my insurance card back they had lost it. Never going here again"

"Very poor customer service. I very rarely go into any Rite Aid, but the customer service was so bad I don't think that I will be back. The cashier obviously didn't know how to do her job, because she flat out refused to let me pay with my debit card or check. I'm sorry a debit card or check is an acceptable form of payment. Especially since their was no sign stating that they were currently only accepting cash at that time, and the total of my entire order came out to $25. I was so irritated. I was forced to leave the items I was willing to pay for and go to a different store. Way to go Rite Aid send your competition the paying customers!"

"Not even 1 star ... This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at pharmacy. I renewed my script over the phone. Went in to pick it up and they only had 1/2. They said it needed to be renewed and they would call my dr. Went back two days later and they said they already gave it to me. They had not. They changed their story 3 times about why they didn't have it. They never did call my dr. Makes me wonder where my script is. Did they give it to the wrong person? I will never go there again, ever!"
