"Nice & Friendly staff, average unloading time in & out in almost 2 hours, portable toilets on site, overnight parking in their parking lot across Main Street. Check in at guard shack go to the scale & back in at the assigned dock, when finished come back to scales grab your paperwork. Note: Make a left out of the facility go straight from traffic lights & you’ll see trailers parked on your left, you can park overnight but please keep their lot clean as is."
"My appointment is 10am I arrived at 9 am , I was called at 10:30 am to dock 19,started loading at 10:55 am. Done loading and out at 11:25 am . I’m good with that. Good luck drivers"
"Arrived at 8pm for 9pm delivery. Was given a door 15. U turn,back up and go to the scales first, then back up right to the door. Out by 9:00pm. Nice and polite lady at the check in booth. I was delivering shredded cardboard, they swept trailed after unloading it with a machine, which was very nice."
"Arrived at 3:00pm on a Saturday for a 5:00pm appointment and didn’t get ca door until 8:55pm. This place is super slow and doesn’t care about your time. Avoid this place. Very heavy loads of rolled paper. Scale on site and the have parking if you early. I don’t know if they allow overnight parking but they have the room for it in their drop yard. Check in with the guard first."
"If I could, I wouldn't give a single star! I will not even dwell on the disgusting way of waiting for the download. There are only two doors for live loading. A few minutes before me, a truck parked in one of the doors. After him, I started to park, but in the process I found that the side mirror does not pass. I got out and saw that the neighboring truck parked unevenly. I saw that it had not yet begun to load and asked him to re-park! The truck driver said he wouldn't do it because I'm not telling the truth and he's parked right! I told him to come with me and see for himself, but he refused. Then I approached the guy who works on the loader and asked him what I should do. This guy laughed at the homeworker and said that if I don't know how to drive, then I should leave. In any other normal company, the driver would be asked to repark the truck, but as I understand it, this company is not normal! Terrible company, rude employees! To describe this company in one word: Dump!!!!"
