"I recently had to travel over 500 miles one way (from another state) to pickup my prescriptions due to federal and state laws. I ran into some difficulties, but the pharmacist was kind,educated,and very attentive to all my needs. I didn't catch his name,but he'll know who I am. As always,I am extremely pleased with every Walgreens I have had to deal with-but the with the situation I was in- the help and assistance that I received 5 days ago was extraordinary! Again,thank you for all your guidance and support."

"The worst pharmacy inn Middletown they take 26 m just to answer the phone, the female and male pharmacists are rude tells me 15 m to pick up a prescription then take 1 hour and 15m to pick it up, the workers are ok they got plenty of help they just lazy , corporate needs to no that bad staff makes a bad pharmacy go to cvs they also are busy but much faster"

"They are now using off site pharmacies to fill orders. It's a nightmare, unless you can wait 3 to 5 days to get a script filled. Calling the number and attempting to navigate the computer is also a nightmare. If you want to speak with a pharmacist, you can, but it's not the store pharmacist. I'm done with this nonsense"

"the store associates are nice but the pharmacy sucks . have to wait forever to get to the front only for the prescription to not be done . they don’t have the medicine in stock so you have the call the pharmacy and then the pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone . i was on hold for 14 minutes and literally heard the phone ringing when i went in and waited . the one girl didn’t have a solution when i told her what the message said and she didn’t understand what i said multiple times. had to leave bc i was so angry . went back in and a different guy said to have the dr call it into another pharmacy . worst pharmacy i’ve ever been to . the pharmacy never answers the phone"
