"Nice location. Friendly people. Amazing coffee and selection. BUT the fact you all dont see a problem with your speed of service when you have a line all the way to the bathrooms because you have been helping the same customer for 10-15 minutes for lottery is absolutely ridiculous. And this is an EVERYDAY thing. If it was every once in a while, completely understandable. A gas station trip should be quick and convenient. Nothing should take 20 mins in a gas station."
