"This is a fairly nice community. I've lived here, in the past. My daughter lives here, currently. Recently, there seems to be a lot of nit picking, with tenants, while maintenance is almost leisurely about addressing tenant needs, for which the complex is responsible. By that I mean, management puts notices on doors giving you a time frame to correct something they want you, the paying tenant, to do, while they get to you whenever they can (no time limit) and they are paid by the rent the tenant pays. This needs to change. Calls for maintenance needs to have a turn around time attached, just as much as, as what is expected of tenants."
"I LOVE THIS COMMUNITY. I've been here over a year now & the front office women are so amazing in helping you in anyway they possibly can. A lot of people were having trouble getting accepted to move in & every time I called and left a voice mail, they got back with me. Every time I emailed them, they got back with me. They fought to get our application approved for us. Such amazing hearted women. My neighbors are amazing. Any time I leave my car door open, I get a knock on my door 10 minutes later (if its not too late) letting me know & if its too late my neighbors just shut my door and continue on. When someone's animal runs away, we all search. One of my neighbors overheard my conversation with my husband about our finances being too low that week & my neighbor knocked on my door the day after with well over $200 in groceries. The older lady next to us has trouble getting around so we mow her grass for her often. There are amazing people here and we all look out and care for each other."
"The staff is no where near as bad as everyone says. I think the girls in the office are great, just listen to the rules!! I love our neighbors and the park is kept nice.. nothing to complain about other than all the cats!"
