"I recently had a frustrating experience at Harvest Moon, where my husband and I paid for 18 holes. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we were only able to complete the front 9. When we approached the pro shop, the young man working there kindly assured us he would note us down for a free 9 holes in the future. We witnessed him write down our names and even asked if we needed to bring anything back, to which he replied no, assuring us that it was documented. However, when we arrived today to claim our free round, we were told we could not play because we did not have any documents. Despite showing the email from our original booking and pointing out our names on the list he had created, the woman at the pro shop refused to honor the promise. It was incredibly disappointing to be treated this way, and as a result, we will not be returning to this course. I expected better customer service and communication. Save yourself the trouble and consider other courses in the area."

"Went to Harvest Moon yesterday for my very first golfing experience. I have never been on a golf course or have witnessed a golf game and was invited to ride along with my boyfriend and his friends/family to learn the game. Had a HORRIBLE experience with staff. Made a simple mistake because I did not know all of the rules and was yelled at by numerous employees. Despite not knowing hearing my story, I was labeled disrespectful, a poor listener, and entitled. After my boyfriend left a bad review on my behalf, he was banned from all 3 Eagle Rock golf courses after he and his family have been giving them business for YEARS. Will never be going back to Harvest Moon."

"Extremely rude staff. Had a bad situation with a gentleman in the winery being very disrespectful to my girlfriend. As soon as I walked in, he was submissive and apologetic. He saw a vulnerable young lady and took an opportunity to lecture her on golf etiquette claiming she can't listen. She was riding along, NOT golfing, but was called a liar and entitled by this man. No reason to not listen to her side of the story and gain an understanding of what was going on. Won't be coming back."
