"Horrible service, didn't receive our correct order,was told that they bring it out if we pulled foward and never did! Then we called on the phone 3 times just to have them tell us that we had to go back through the drive through to receive our order, 40min to get 3 sandwiches 1 wrap 2 fries and 2 drinks, all our food was ice cold and they refused to do anything about it! Burger King Defiance, you should be ashamed of yourselves! You managers need fired and your staff needs retrained at the very least!"

"Ordered onion, shroom,swiss melt. Waited for mins for order. Then people started getting orders that ordered after us. I noticed a couple burgers that were there for quite a while. They were very busy, so I asked manager where my food was. Then she yelled at me. We are swamped, if you want to fill out an application, maybe you can do better. I said you can't afford me. Those my sandwiches. She then slammed them on a tray. Shoved it at me and walked away. They were indeed mine, cold, not toasted on one side. This store and manager àre a Joke, never go there, slow, understaffed, disrespectful, food not done. I can't emphasize enough. NEVER GO HERE. DEFIANCE OHIO, CLINTON ST. AND STADIUM DR."

"I'd give this place a negative but that wasn't a option. Do they not have evening managers? My order made me sick and I didn't even eat the burnt burger. I worked a 12 hour shift and this was my meal when I got off. Please see pic. Whoever made this should be fired. Disgusting and there was no justification to serve someone this. The smell of burnt stunk up my car. It was black and hard as a rock. Many employers are short staffed, so staff shortage can't be to blame There's no excuse to be so gross. This is not the first time I've dealt with bad food there. I think I learned my lesson to not give them anymore chances."

"Order took 7 minutes to come out and the food seemed okay, except for the fries. What is on them. Also the soda doesn't taste that good."

"One person behind counter. Totally ignored us. Yes she was busy with drive thru but she could have at least spoke so we knew she would be able to assist us and we weren't waiting on one of the 3 people roaming around the kitchen. Then she didn't even apologize for the wait."
